Welcome to November!

A reminder that school will be closed Wednesday (11/22) through Friday (11/24) for the Thanksgiving Holiday.

We've decided to show our gratitude all month long. We'll start by thanking the Ivymount Transportation Team. This group is out in our parking lot every morning and afternoon making sure our buses, vans and cars get our students to and from school safely - rain or shine! We are certainly grateful for their dedication, as well as their smiles. They help start and finish each school day with contagious energy. Thank you!

As we enter into the season of cooking and shopping, we hope that you will register Ivymount for reward points. Please see details below for Amazon Smiles, Giant, and Harris Teeter. Thanks for taking time to register our school for these free fundraisers. They really do add up and make a difference for our program.

Last Thursday, several of our students and teachers visited the National Portrait Gallery.

We value our partnership with the Smithsonian and are excited for our students to learn from this program throughout the year. Look for more details about this curriculum on our website coming soon.

Linking your VIC card does not cost you a thing.

All VIC cards must be linked yearly, by
