: When your body is stressed, it produces cortisol which is a stress hormone and when released hampers your body's immune response. Try to relax.
More exercise
: Exercise boosts your immune system. Not only does it improve your white blood cells, and the antibodies which fight off all the bacteria in your body. It also prevents your body from releases stress hormones. Exercise with light or moderate intensity.
