Teacher Highlight

Lindsay Constant, a 2010 graduate, is in her 4th year at E. D. White.  Constant currently teaches English I and serves as assistant volleyball and soccer coach.
She received her four-year degree in Secondary English Education from NSU in 2014. While attending college, Constant returned to E. D. White to coach junior high volleyball, soccer, and track, which gave her full affirmation that she wanted to pursue a career that allowed her to help form students into successful and well-rounded individuals.

After graduating, Constant knew that she wanted to go back to the place where her love for motivating others started. She said, "From the moment I returned as a college student, I knew E. D. White was the place I wanted to be.  I made so many memories here, and I learned so many lessons from my teachers and coaches that have left a huge impact on me.  All of my experiences here have helped to make me the person that I am today."

Constant is thankful to be back and is honored to have the opportunity to work in a profession that allows her to share her passion for helping others. "If I touch just one student's life like my teachers and coaches have touched mine, I know that I am doing my job. To me, there is nothing more rewarding than knowing that I am making a positive difference by leading others in the right direction. This is ultimate goal as a teacher and coach," she stated.
