The following changes are effective as of September 27, 2017:
Non-Borrowing Spouse:
The signature of the non-borrowing spouse is not required on the mortgage or Mortgage Acknowledgment Affidavit in a purchase transaction for the first mortgage or the second mortgage.
Planned Unit Development (PUD) Homeowners Insurance:
The PUD Master Policy is not required for single-family detached homes in a PUD community. The standard homeowner’s policy for the individual home will satisfy the insurance requirement.
