Life Run is this Saturday, October 14, and this year's event will feature a brand new 10K as well as a 5K and Fun Walk.
ALREADY REGISTERED?
If you have already registered, thank you! We are looking forward to seeing you. Please continue to tell others about Life Run. Registrations are welcome right up until race time.
Race packet pickup will be this
Friday at Achilles Running Shop, in the West Erie Plaza, from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. If you don't get your race packet on Friday, no problem. You can get your things when you sign-in on Saturday morning.
NOT REGISTERED?
If you haven't registered, we still hope you will be able to join us. On-line registration is available at:
www.peopleforlife.life/runinfo. If you don't register online, you can still register at the race.
Both courses, 10K and 5K, will feature mostly level and gently-sloping country roads plus an off-road section through the Burch Farms orchards and vineyards.
MAPS
The new 10K course is basically an expanded version of the 5K course, which we have used for the past two years and will use again this year.
LAW ROAD U-TURNS
As in the past, 5K runners (and walkers) will make a U-turn at Marguerite's Academy of Dance on Law Road, at the water station.
ATTENTION 10K runners: The 10K course continues on past Marguerite's for approximately two-tenths of a mile. The 10K turnaround point will be well-marked.

Please also note that all runners and walkers will begin simultaneously, heading north on Moorheadville Rd. Then at the intersection of Moorheadville Rd. and Law/Slade Rd., the 10K runners will turn left (west on Slade Rd.) and the 5K runners and walkers will turn right (east on Law Rd).
