Thomas Kling,
Ph.D, Bridgewater State University
professor of physics
Kling's work in promoting student success in science and math has led him to examine student success broadly at Bridgewater. He has led the
university's Holistic Advising Task Force,
served as
Faculty Fellow for Student Success in Academic Affairs, and held two $1 million grants from the National Science Foundation to promote institutional change and student success in STEM fields.

Katie Stebbins,
University of Massachusetts
vice president for economic development
The former
assistant secretary for technology, innovation and entrepreneurship for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Stebbins now
oversees the Office of Technology and Commercial Ventures (OCTV) and the UMass Donahue Institute, an economic development consulting arm of the University.
She has been a member of the HCC Board of Trustees since 2016.
Sustainable Food Security in our Future
Andrew Morehouse, executive director of the Western Mass Food Bank
Morehouse has devoted his entire professional career to the non-profit sector and, specifically, to social and economic justice issues. Prior to The Food Bank, he was the founding director for ten years of a community development corporation devoted to asset-building strategies of, for, and by low-income residents in Holyoke, Massachusetts.
