Automatic Feed and Punch with Multicyl
Shown below is a 1.25" wide aluminum extrusion being punched by a Multicyl machine with an automatic feed.
The part can be up to 20 feet long with holes every 6".
With a one second cycle and feed time this is a very economical way to complete parts of this sort.
In addition to the air feed and part supports the tooling and Multicyl are off the shelf standard components.
