NEW Twist to Night of Worship!

Wednesday evening at 6:15pm, we will gather together for a Carmel Family Night of Worship - led by Student Ministry. 

Grab your entire family and meet us in the Worship Center for a great evening of worship followed by festival games and activities for kids of all ages. 

Let's have FUN as a family through worship and games!
PRAY: Mission Team in Ukraine

This week 5 members of the Carmel Family are serving in the Ukraine. They are working alongside our partners at the Ukraine Baptist Theological Seminary. Specifically they are:
  • Teaching ESL Classes
  • Interacting with local young adults and college students
  • Assisting with a local church plant

Please pray for this team to have opportunities to share the gospel and for continued growth and impact of the Seminary.

SAVE THE DATE: Opportunities to Grow are Coming Up!
  • Saturday, October 28: Non-Profit Leadership Summit - This half-day workshop will equip, empower and inform marketplace leaders who are currently or have an interest in serving on a nonprofit board. 
  • Sunday, October 29: Baptism 101 - If you're not sure what baptism is, or you've never been baptized and are interested in learning more, join us for this class that covers the biblical basics of baptism and how we practice baptism at Carmel.
  • Thursday, November 9: Evening of Empowerment - Join us for an evening for women, by women, to support the empowerment of women overcoming poverty and human trafficking.
CHOIR: Make a Joyful Noise

All are welcome to be a part of the Carmel Worship Choir and help lead Worship on Sunday, October 22. Just join us for the required rehearsal next Wednesday (Oct 18) at 6:15pm in the choir room.

Mom's Time Out: Praises for Friends, Encouragement & Crafts!

Last Tuesday night we had a great time at "Hobby Night." It was a wonderful opportunity to not only learn something new, but to meet new friends as well! We hope you will join us next month on Tuesday, November 7 at 7:00pm.

Saturday morning some of our youngest "journeyed through  Middle Earth" while their parents attended Marriage Summit. A huge THANK YOU to all the parents who participated in the Summit and to the Preschool team for making it a great morning for everyone in attendance!

Next Wednesday (Oct 18) our Midweek Roundtable will provide Parenting Cues on teaching children about Stewardship. Click here for details on this and other Roundtables. 
Carmel Students
Midweek Student Family Night is next Wednesday (Oct 18) when parents and students come together for this special time of Worship.
