Tired of dealing with the workforce Shortage?

T he Home Builders Association of Southwest Colorado brings Pre-Apprentice Certification Training (PACT) to Durango & Bayfield Colorado!

The HBI PACT curriculum integrates contextual, work-based learning with vocational and academic skills training in the classroom. These include employability and life skills, career development, and on-the-job training. PACT graduates learn the skills needed to be successful from their first day on the job.

HBI PACT is a uniquely effective training tool that offers students a range of stackable credentials leading to employment and successful careers in the building industry. PACT students obtain the OSHA10 credential demonstrating knowledge of basic safety rules established by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).

NAHB HBI trainer is in Durango this week to train the Durango & Bayfield HS Shop teachers and get this program started.
