Family Weekend Appointment Registration Opens Tomorrow
Sign ups for appointments with your child's teachers and advisor will open tomorrow, Thursday, September 28 at 10 am, and close Thursday, October 4 at 5 pm.
Preregistration is required. All appointments must be made online during this time period.
Booking appointments
The system only allows one person to make appointments for any student. Please coordinate with your spouse, partner, child's guardian, etc. If this is a problem, please contact your child's advisor.
Appointments cannot be made back to back, as you will need time to travel between rooms.

!!Note that all parents must create a username and login when first accessing the site this year- even if you used the site last year!!
You can set the system to send you appointment reminders and view your full schedule in the system.
About Appointments
Advisor appointments are 15 minutes in length
and are available on
Friday evening between 6:30 and 7:30 pm and Saturday morning between 11:00 and 11:30 am.
Teacher appointments are 10 minutes in length and are available
Friday from
5:30 and 6:30 pm and
Saturday between
8:00 and 11:00 am. There are also teacher appointments
Thursday evening from
7:00 to 9:00 pm. Those local families who are able to utilize these
Thursday appointments are urged to do so. Thank you!
Teacher meetings are an opportunity for you to share your thoughts about your student with our teachers. Faculty will have some information to share during this introductory conversation as part of a longer relationship. Advisors are a great resource to help you prioritize as you select the teachers with whom you want to meet.
Music ensemble teachers are not included in the sign up system, but will be available to any families who want to connect following the concert on Friday evening.
If you are unable to make an appointment with your child's advisor or one or more of your child's teachers, due your your schedule or theirs, please contact your child's advisor via email.
