ADMISSIONS UPDATES

We are already planning for the 2018-19 academic year, and would appreciate your help in spreading the word regarding the  Peabody School Admissions Open House  on Wednesday, October 18th, from 9 AM-2PM.

Feel free to print off the Open House flyer at the link below and share it with friends and colleagues who may have a student interested in Peabody. You can even post it on bulletin boards at work or around the Charlottesville community. :)

Also, if you have a child who will be applying to Peabody for 2018-19, please make note of the application checklist and academic testing requirements at the links below. For those students needing academic testing, the fall is the easiest time to get scheduled, so we highly recommend making those appointments ASAP. Thank you!



This week in Middle School...

  • The Girl's Volleyball team won their match against Charlottesville Catholic School 3 sets to 0!

  • The boys' soccer team played amazing in a hard fought 5-3 loss to Field School.

  • Students started to discuss possible ideas for their yearly project during their project block.

  • Students started meeting with their advisors.

A Look Ahead...

  • Join us for a High School Information Session this Tuesday at 5:30PM.

  • Middle School Back to School Night is this Tuesday at 6:00PM.

  • Student Government Elections are being held next week.

  • All of our sports teams have practice next week. Please check the calendar!

Parent Information Center

  • Remember, our school lunch form is now online. To order a lunch for your child, please visit the school’s website peabodyschool.org and scroll to the bottom. Click on Additional Resources and then Lunch Forms. From there, simply answer the questions about each offering. Payment is due immediately. Payments not received by Friday may not be processed.

  • September 22, 2017 is a half day for students. Lower School dismissal starts at 12:00 and Middle School dismissal starts at 12:20. There is no after school program.
