Mercy Care Plan and Mercy Maricopa Integrated Care has updated our prior authorization requirements and the following HCPCS codes no longer require prior authorization: 

Our claims processing system has been updated to reflect this, as well as our Provider Prior Authorization Requirement Search Tool (ProPAT), available to you on our secure web portal.
