Thousands of people with physical and psychiatric disabilities along with caretakers will converge on Washington D.C. today to oppose Graham-Cassidy, the Senate's latest effort to gut the Medicaid program to provide tax cuts to the wealthiest Americans. This bill would cut up to $45 BILLION dollars from healthcare in New York alone by 2026. That is $45 billion in lost services. That is $45 billion in cuts. That is $45 billion that will result in death and institutionalization.
