In a first for both schools, students from McKinney Elementary School had the opportunity to escort members of Glencoe's Homecoming Court onto the field at halftime during Glencoe's football game versus Dallas on Friday, Sept. 22. Hillsboro School Bond Would Address Safety and Security
One of the four main categories of need the Hillsboro School Bond would address is Safety and Security. Nearly 17 percent of the bond program - more than $68 million - is allocated to seismic upgrades for our schools that do not currently meet a "life safety" standard; and safety enhancements like security cameras and line-of-sight improvements at schools, cameras and GPS systems on all buses, parent/bus drop-off improvements, and playground upgrades. Learn more at www.Hillsboro-Bond.org.

S-Comm Opportunity
Applications are now being accepted for HSD's Student Communications team: S-Comm.
