IN THE NEWS:
"Wine lovers will delight in the 20-foot wine tower and 4,000-plus bottle inventory,  one of the most robust in the state."
New York Magazine
A Taste of Sea Salt

"Slurp the finest bivalves from the Gulf and beyond thanks to the expertise of the oyster sommelier at  Sea Salt , whose culinary philosophy focuses on fresh seafood and, of course, salt-more than 130 global varieties complement executive chef Fabrizio Aielli's dishes."
New York Magazine

"For something chic and upscale, then  Sea Salt  in St Petersburg's hip Sundial District [is a] 'must.'"
USA TODAY's 10best.com

"Sea Salt   is every bit as exquisite as its 22-foot tall wine tower, marble-topped raw bar, and general sweeping sumptuousity.  Naturally, I walked in skeptical. I have visited (and generally refused to review) a number of restaurants with a severe imbalance in style and substance. The meretricious disappointments are part and parcel of food writing.

Sea Salt is one of those glittering, infallible exceptions."
Lena London, In Review

Sea Salt, located in St. Pete's Sundial in the downtown waterfront area, is part of the St. Pete "renaissance," pioneering an incomparable experience in one of the country's emerging dining destinations. Sea Salt welcomes diners in a sophisticated, metropolitan restaurant with unique designer-decorated dining niches, a soaring wine tower with 6,000 bottles curated by Sommelier Jackie Eash and recognized by Wine Spectator magazine with a top award, St. Pete's premier oyster bar, a lively bar, and a wide range of private and semi-private dining spaces. The broad menu leans toward Italian and seafood with items that satisfy all palates. Executive Chef Kenny Tufo changes the menu daily according to the freshest available ingredients and his creative inspiration.
