Groups Give and Learn

CAC is fortunate to have volunteer groups come on a regular basis to give their time, tour CAC and learn about how CAC helps neighbors in need. The Davis Academy brings their third graders every year for a lesson in compassion and giving. Last week the kids packed toiletry bags and donated them to CAC and worked in the CAC Food Pantry. For more information on bringing a school, civic or employee group contact Debbie at [email protected].
Your Donations Really Do Make a Difference

Thank you very much for your generosity in providing me with rental assistance and food. Your help and encouragement helps ease some of the overwhelming financial burden I am experiencing. Knowing there are people who care about what I am going through provides a comfort I cannot begin to describe. Thank you again for your generosity and support.
God Bless.
Sincerely,
JC
Volunteers Needed at CAC

Join the hundreds of volunteers who help their neighbors in need at CAC!  We have immediate needs for volunteers in all areas of the center, including the Food Pantry and CAC Boutique Tuesday - Friday, reception desk on Wednesdays and Fridays, and bilingual volunteers for client evaluations. Most volunteer shifts are morning or afternoons. Volunteers would ideally work on a regular basis, such as once a week. Contact Debbie at [email protected].
Local Family Named Honorary Chairs

Every year CAC names a valued supporter as honorary chair of the Vintage Affair. This year we recognize Stan and Debbie Sonenshine for their many years of support to CAC in many different ways! CAC is also pleased to have the Coldwell Banker Cares Foundation, which Debbie is associated with through her realty business, as the Vintage Affair Honorary Sponsor.  Read more about their contributions at www.ourcac.org.
