We appreciate all our patients, but the office truly comes to life when we get little visitors. Our smallest patients love the KidZone, a colourful play area stocked with age-appropriate video games, arts and crafts, and toys. Our goal with pediatric patients is two-fold. We, of course, want to help them enjoy healthy mouths and beautiful smiles for a lifetime but also strive to create an enjoyable experience at every appointment, so that they develop a positive attitude toward dental care. Our female team approaches children with a gentle touch and temperament. They stay entertained with television, Netflix movies, and DVDs in treatment rooms. In addition, safe nitrous oxide (laughing gas) is available for apprehensive children. Our Office can provide additional protection to your little one's smile with fluoride treatments, dental sealants and custom sports mouthguards.

Music Fun Time is more than a simple play group where children sing, dance, jump and play instruments.
Music Classes for Preschoolers engineered by Music Fun Time is an innovative, structured,and progressive curriculum derived from Johns-Hopkins Research exploring the magical connection between math & science through music for children newborn thru 7 years of age. Children learn to read music notation, rhythms and symbols, and play the instruments of their choosing.
Through small preschool, kindergarten & early elementary group music classes in a classroom atmosphere, children use musical crafts, worksheets, games and instruments in a fun exciting way to explore and nurture a strong music foundation which becomes a way of life, thus, gaining all the benefits of uniting both hemispheres of the brain.

Kids Krav Maga
The main objective of our Kids Krav Maga program is to get your children fit and focused - mentally, physically and socially, and allow them to face their unique challenges with discipline and a positive attitude. Our program will not only teach simple and effective self-defense techniques, but also equip your children with essential life skills and improve their self-confidence and self-esteem.
WOMEN'S SELF DEFENSE
Our very popular Women's Self Defense Course is a 6-week comprehensive program where women can learn how to effectively defend themselves in a very short period of time. The program comprises of 6 different sessions, each 1.5 hours long, covering a variety of relevant topics designed to teach various aspects of self defense. The full course is priced at $150.00 + HST and includes access to all 6 sessions, a course binder packed with relevant information plus weekly handouts, a course t-shirt, and a 5-Class Krav Maga Buddy Pass.
