Don't Miss Housing Day at the Minnesota State Fair August 28

The Saint Paul Area Association of REALTORS®, MN REALTORS®, Minneapolis Area Association of REALTORS®, and Housing First Minnesota are coming together to host the largest gathering of housing industry professionals in the state! 

If you work in the housing industry, we invite you to join us for Housing Day at the Minnesota State Fair, on Monday, August 28. Bring your friends, family, and colleagues and represent your industry in front of thousands of fair-goers at the "Great Minnesota Get Together." Your local and state associations will have fun activities and a few surprises planned for you to add to your state fair experience. Activites and special events will be taking place between 10am and 3pm at the Horton Pavillions at Heffron Park.

Pack the Bus! SPAAR's Backpack Drive Ends August 11

Pack the Bus! SPAAR's backpack and school supply donation drive started July 10 and runs through August 11. Here are the ways you can participate:

• Drop off your backpack and school supply donations at any SPAAR location
• "Park a Bus" in your office, by displaying a bus collection box in your office to spread the word!
• Donate online to SPAAR’s Charity Registry at Target. Go to Target.com and search registries (scroll to find “more search options” and enter Saint Paul in the organization field). You can select specific items or contribute towards a Target gift card online. Your purchases will be delivered directly to SPAAR.

SPAAR REALTOR® Robert “Brian” Frenger was recently awarded the highly acclaimed national Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation. In completing the required curriculum, Frenger of Keller Williams Premier Realty in Woodbury, joins other top REALTORS® in the residential real estate industry from across the nation who hold this designation.
