Coming in January 2018! Specialty groups for anxious and angry feelings!

Does your child try to control play dates?

Does your child struggle with huge feelings that he or she is not able to manage?

Are you looking for tips and tools for your child to turn to when these emotions take over?

Join us in 2018 for
specialty groups!

These brand new, 6 week, g roups will follow the tips and strategies from the popular I Feel Worried and I Feel Mad workbooks co-authored by Nadine Briggs.

Both specialty groups will offer play, craft and activity-based coaching on how to handle strong feelings. Kids will learn how to identify their emotions and practice strategies to calm and cope before the feelings are too big for them to manage.
They will create and learn to use tools to help them when they need it most!

Kids will all receive a copy of the workbook plus calming kits and other tools for use at home and school.
