Alumni Board Retreat / Open Meeting



The Alumni Association Board of Directors enjoyed a Retreat and Planning meeting on Saturday, September 9, 2017 at Holy Family's Newtown Campus. 

Led by the Alumni Board President, Linda Toth '95, and Vice President, Linda-Colwell-Smith '83, the Alumni Board enjoyed a spiritual retreat (led by fellow Board Member, Jerry Wutkowski '12) and they planned for the exciting year to come!

HFU Family Center announces FREE workshops in October & November

Holy Family University Family Center is proud to announce four new workshops, offered at no cost to the entire campus and alumni community.  All sessions promote the "Value of Family" and will take place on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays throughout October and November 2017.
  • Mid-Life Directions  series explores the second half of life by examining Life Stages, Life Transitions, the Varieties of Spiritual Experience, Prioritizing Values, Growth into Wisdom, and the Second Journey.
  • Family Matters series includes sessions to assist parents/guardians/caretakers in examining such topics as helicoptering parenting; financial wellness and college financing; parent-stepparent relationships; grandparents and other relatives raising children; nutrition for families and emotions within the family.
  • Prayer series explores different types of prayer by delving into the wisdom of scripture and the spirituality of Christian/Catholic writers and saints.
  • Living Fully series is designed to appeal to various interests: the benefits of children participating in sports; empowering your health; the seven dimensions of wellness; saving family memories; life closure, and aging gracefully.

  • Holy Family University School of Nursing to receive funding for white coat ceremony. The Arnold P. Gold Foundation and the American Association of Colleges of Nursing announced that they have funded white coats for various nursing schools throughout the nation, including Holy Family University. Read full details here.

Cheer on Athletics and Save with Blue Crew

Holy Family Blue Crew is a premier fan organization  created to support Holy Family University  Athletics and to promote a positive game  environment.

2017-2018 Blue Crew Membership includes a T-shirt to wear to all athletic events and access to  members-only discounts  at local  businesses that support Blue Crew and  Holy Family University. 

Blue Crew Membership costs $15 for the T-shirt and discount card or $5 for the Blue Crew membership card only. (Please note: T-shirts are pickup only.) Membership is open to the entire Holy Family community and alumni!
