DALLAS JOINS INTERNATIONAL PRAYER CAMPAIGN SPANNING 375 CITIES WORLDWIDE
Former Planned Parenthood manager to headline Kickoff Rally
Dallas, TX - Sept. 20, 2017 : The highly successful 40 Days for Life campaign returns to Dallas with 40 days of prayer and fasting, peaceful vigil, and community outreach. "We pray that these efforts will soon mark the end of abortion in Dallas," said Susan Platt who is leading the team coordinating the Dallas campaign.

40 Days for Life is a peaceful, highly-focused, non-denominational initiative grounded in prayer and inspired by examples of 40-day transformations throughout Biblical history.

"We know 40 Days for Life has made a difference in Dallas," said Becky Visosky, Executive Director of the Catholic Pro-Life Committee, sponsor of the campaign. Since the first campaign in Winter 2004, the Dallas campaigns have continued each Fall, and have merited great results: Two abortion facilities where 40 Days for Life vigils have taken place in Dallas have closed. And during the last three 40-day campaigns, over 50 lives have been saved from abortion at the Dallas vigil site.
