The project includes the installation of a half-mile long, 10-foot wide sidewalk including a pedestrian bridge along Brumbelow Road from Mackinac Drive to Stoney Ridge Drive. Read more.
Johns Creek Parkway & McGinnis Ferry Road turn lane project now complete

The Johns Creek Parkway & McGinnis Ferry Road turn lane project added a right turn lane from northbound Johns Creek Parkway onto eastbound McGinnis Ferry Road. Read more.
Medlock Bridge turn lanes extended

Turn lanes on Medlock Bridge at Hospital Parkway and Medlock Bridge Parkway were extended to allow vehicles to move out of travel lanes, improving traffic flow. Read more.

Save the Date: New International Festival coming to Johns Creek on April 18, 2018

Household Hazardous Waste Collection Day set for Saturday, Nov. 4

The City of Johns Creek and Keep Johns Creek Beautiful will conduct a Household Hazardous Waste Collection Day on Saturday, Nov. 4 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the parking lot of Target & Home Depot, 5950 State Bridge Road, Johns Creek. Read more.
Daylight Saving Time Sunday, Nov. 5

Remember to set your clocks back one hour on Sunday, Nov. 5 when Daylight Saving Time ends. It's also a great time to check your smoke alarm battery and carbon monoxide detector battery, as many need replacing every six months.
Election Day set for Tuesday, Nov. 7

Johns Creek City Hall moved to temporary space

City Hall moved to its temporary space at 10700 Abbotts Bridge Road, Suite 190, while renovations are made to the new, permanent City Hall building at 11360 Lakefield Drive.  Read more about the move .

Community Safety Day

The Johns Creek Fire and Police departments hosted Community Safety Day,  a free event which helps to heighten awareness about basic safety issues. Firefighters and police officers performed a variety of rope rescue, motorcycle, K-9 and fire extinguisher demonstrations, SWAT exercises, and various other safety demonstrations.
Johns Creek Arts Festival

The Johns Creek Arts Festival was held on Saturday & Sunday, Oct. 21 & 22 on the fields across from the Atlanta Athletic Club.
There were hundreds of artists, children's activities, food, and more! Thanks to all who attended!
