Night on the River
Last Friday's Night on the River, sponsored by our Creation Care Team, was an overwhelming success, with over 150 people attending this unique celebration outdoors, under the stars and strings of lights, on our River Room Terrance! Thanks to all who came out, many with guests, and enjoyed the multi- generational fellowship with fun, food, music and a message. Thank you also to the many volunteers who made the evening possible.

Be on the look-out for upcoming Creation Care Team meetings, and community service events where we will come together again and put our faith into action, being good stewards of the earth, as we are called to be. Additionally, the final two adult formation classes in the Life of Grace for the Whole World series, offered Sundays and Wednesdays, are interesting and thought-provoking and all are welcome and encouraged to join.

This Sunday November 5
This Sunday is All Saints' Sunday

"All Saints' Day celebrates all the saints of God--those whose names we remember and those whose names we do not know--whose lives have given witness great or small, to the resurrection of Jesus.  The liturgy of All Saints is an Easter liturgy.  It is the only principal feast that punctuates the long season of ordinary time between Trinity Sunday and Christmas ... and serves as both the celebration of the martyrs and saints of ages past and the remembrance of the saints of our own time."    -- Celebrating Liturgical Time

At Saint Paul's we remember especially those in our families and parish families who have died in the last year.  Please join us as we celebrate through worship the Communion of Saints this Sunday.
