Good. Simple. Fun.

Apple Jam is one of our favorite events of the year. Crisp apples, sweet cider, fresh-baked pies, and simple stuff like pie-eating contests, and sampling a gazillion different varieties of PA grown apples... some varieties dating back hundreds of years. Join us for some live music, and grab some hot apple fritters or a slice of pie. And be sure to bring the kids because we have some great crafts this weekend too!

Let the
Games Begin!

Twelve lucky individuals will get to compete in our annual apple pie eating contest Saturday at 12 Noon!

How fast can you down a giant slice of Tomblers crumb pie? Oh wait... did we mention that it's piled high with a mountain of whipped creme? And... there's one more twist... you can't use your hands!

The winner will receive a $20 downtown Easton Gift Card and $20 in EFM market tokens. Sign up at the EFM Information Tent.

Farm Fresh Fall Fun for Kids!

We'll be offering apple printing in the kids tent this weekend. Stop by and stamp a t-shirt, tote, or greeting card. Adults are welcome to join in the fun too!

And check out the ACE Tent where Mosaic Mary will be offering a mosaic workshop for kids. Bring your little ones and get crafty!
Apple Sampling!

Saturday 10:00 am - 12 noon

One of the highlights of Apple Jam is getting to sample dozens of varieties of apples, including some really unique heirloom varieties offered by The Backyard Growers. Apples like, Ashmead Kernel spicy, 20 oz., Red Haralson, Pink Sugar, Liberty, Rhode Island Greening. Stop by and sample them all for just $1. It's a great way to learn which apples are best for eating, versus baking and find out which apples hold up best in salads and store the longest. Learn more about Pennsylvania apples on this informative site.

The Apple Sampling tent will also feature ice cold Scholl cider by the cup, and delicious caramel apples prepared by the Highmark Farmstand.
