Arma Dei Academy's mission is to glorify God by providing an excellent classical Christian education founded upon a biblical worldview which equips students to live purposefully and intelligently in service to God and others.
As you are aware, we have successfully implemented our new visitor system. When a guest enters the school they are asked to provide identification and given a customized name tag corresponding with their time at Arma Dei Academy. Thank you for your cooperation as we have made this change to our organization!

Another feature of our new visitor system is volunteer coordination. Last year there were thousands of service hours logged. Starting immediately, we will no longer be utilizing our old system (Volgistics). All school volunteers will need to submit an application through the Raptor system. Raptor Technologies is a well respected and secure organization. If you have already submitted your information to Arma Dei Academy for a previous background check you will need to submit a new application through Raptor Technologies, as well. Once you are approved, you will check-in as a volunteer (rather than a visitor) when you are greeted by Mrs. Pederson at the front desk.

To register and set-up your volunteer profile:
  1. Click here to submit your application
  2. Follow prompts and provide personal information (for a background check) and select areas for volunteering
  3. Submit your application
  4. Receive approval for volunteering at Arma Dei Academy (via email)
  5. You are now able to see areas of need in your Raptor profile that correspond with your volunteer area selections (just as with Volgistics)
  6. When registering for your volunteer time at Arma Dei Academy, please let the Receptionist know and you will be logged-in as a volunteer (rather than a visitor)
  7. When you are done volunteering, please give your name tag back to the Receptionist. She will log you out - automatically logging your volunteer hours (manual entry is also available for hours spent at home).
As we navigate this additional change in our organization, please feel free to reach out to Stacey Call, Parent Volunteer Coordinator, as you come across questions. She can be reached at [email protected]. Thank you again for your warm acceptance of this new system; we are excited to complete this final change.

As ever, Educating to glorify God.
