Principal Notes

Dear Parents,

I look forward to seeing you and all of our students at the Fall Fest this Saturday.  I know that it's the favorite day of the year for most of our students.  I love how much they enjoy the freedom of spending time with their friends and of course spraying as much silly string as they can.  A big huge thank you to Kim Crowley for chairing this special event and to all on the committee who have been meeting for months in preparation for this day.  With the reduced required hours from six to four I hope that you too enjoy your day with your children and with our community.

As you plan for Halloween I want to remind you that costumes must follow school guidelines.  They must not be too violent or gory and cannot have any weapons with the exception of plastic swords.  Additionally they must follow alternate dress rules such as no spaghetti straps, tummy showing, or short skirts.  Be sure you plan your child's costume with a Catholic school in mind.

Have a great week and I'll see you at the Fall Fest!

Please pray for and work for peace.
Jennifer

Medical and Dental appointments during school hours are acceptable only when it is impossible to schedule such appointments after school or  during a vacation period. These appointments should not be scheduled in conflict with the dates of standardized testing - please help!
THESE APPOINTMENTS REQUIRE VERIFICATION NOTES FROM THE DOCTOR'S OFFICE IN ORDER TO BE CLASSIFIED AS AN "EXCUSED TARDY."
Excused absences and tardies are granted for verified medical and dental appointments only. Obtaining a note from a doctor when a child is at home ill does not constitute a medical excused absence."
