So now what?

Individual health seems to be continuing on in it's current state until something is done. Some carriers have pulled out of the market, others are making changes to try and remain in the game.

As your Trusted Advisors, we are in constant communication with the carriers about any changes that are coming. We will be here to help you through your choices for the next open enrollment, and will keep you informed about any changes that may affect your policy.

As always, if you have any questions, you may contact our office or your Advisor directly at any time.

Long Term Care: Why You Should Care
elder-woman-handshake.jpg
Long term care planning can be daunting if you don't know what it is or how it works.

We find that many of our clients are under the assumption that long term care plans are just there to "put someone in a nursing home" and nothing more.

The truth is, as the face of long term care, skilled nursing, assisted living and in-home care has evolved, so have the insurance policies. Today's Long Term Care plans are designed to help a family pay for the cost of care no matter where it happens. They can dovetail with life insurance in the event that assisted care isn't needed, and can help pay for a variety of services. Most of all they provide caregivers with the respite they so often need.

Planning for your care or the care of a loved one doesn't have to be painful. Take some of the uncertainty out of the future and talk to your advisor today.
