Cleaner, clearer customer bill launches this month

Louisville Water has redesigned its customer bill for the first time since the mid-1990s.  The new bill was created based on feedback from customers like you! The new bill layout reflects a more modern, user-friendly format that includes colors, charts and icons for simplified understanding. Some customers will see the new bill this month, and by the end of the year, all customers should have received the new bill. Wave goodbye to your old bill and click here to learn what's new.
TIPS FOR YOUR TAP
Storing water for emergencies
