Rechartering

Recharter information will be sent out this month to Unit Leaders, Committee Chairs and Chartered Organization Representatives. If your unit did not receive their information, please contact the Scout Office.

Remember that the National registration fees for 2018 are $33 Registration Fee, $2 Health & Accident protection and a $40 liability coverage fee per unit. When compared to other activities and organizations, remain a very good investment in our youth. Please note: None of the registration fees collected during registration or rechartering stay local. 100% of these fees are sent to National. The Miami Valley Council relies on the Friends of Scouting Campaign to support our local council and camps.

University of Scouting

University of Scouting is the place to be for training. From how to add pizzaz to your Pack to planning high adventure treks for troops and crews, you will get the training you need for success. Bring youth too; sessions are scheduled for Boy Scouts and Venturing youth! Space is limited so make sure to register today! Click here to learn more.

Year End Giving

As the end of the year draws closer many people will consider their personal tax situation and consider options to lessen their burden while helping others in the community. Popcorn Returns

Don't forget to mark your calendar for popcorn returns on October 23rd and 24th at the popcorn warehouse located at 913 Industrial Park Dr, Vandalia, OH 45377. The warehouse will be open both days from 10 am to 5 pm. Show and sell payments are due by 5 p.m. on the 24th. All unsold non-chocolate items may be returned.
