Homebuyer Education Seminars

Buying a home can be a dream come true and an overwhelming process at the same time.

Invite new or potential clients to attend a free seminar held at the library, explore all of the major aspects of the home-buying process in an unbiased format with SNAP Spokane instructors certified by the Washington State Housing Finance Commission.

SNAP's housing counselors can help your clients make a plan to find a home that they can afford, take advantage of assistance programs, and get the best mortgage for their needs.

This seminar is free and open to the public. SNAP Spokane is a HUD-approved housing counseling agency.
