STUDENT COUNCIL WARM CLOTHING DRIVE 
Monday, October 2 to Friday, October 27

ART FAIR
Sunday, October 15 
All are encouraged to attend the Northbrook YMCA Special Needs Art Fair for elementary, junior high and high school students from 4:00 PM to 4:45 PM. OPEN HOUSE
Wednesday, October 18

HALLOWEEN CARNIVAL
Friday, October 20 
All Elementary and Junior High students are invited to a Halloween costume and dance party from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM at The Cove School. CHOICES EVENT

All parents and guardians are invited to this  Parent Education Series event from 6 PM to 9 PM at Glenbrook North High School in Northbrook. HALLOWEEN SCHOOL DAY ACTIVITIES 
Tuesday, October 31 

High School students will be treated to bagels and juice compliments of the Parent Association and are encouraged to dress in school appropriate costumes. 
Elementary and Junior High students will take part in our annual Halloween parade, followed by festive activities in their classrooms. students are encouraged to bring costumes to school they can change into after lunch. Please bring school appropriate costumes (no masks, weapons-related items or apparel, etc.).

BEST RESOURCE FAIR

All students, parents, guardians and professionals are invited to this  Parent Education Series event from 6:30 PM to 9 PM at Niles North High School. The BEST Resource Fair is designed to assist students with special needs in making post-high school plans.

COMMUNITY DAY - CALIFORNIA PIZZA KITCHEN

All are encouraged to join Cove for our next community day event at the California Pizza Kitchen in Northbrook Court from 11 AM to 9 PM. Cove will receive a portion of each purchase at the restaurant made by Cove community members and supporters. Save the date, more details to come. 

PARENT-TEACHER CONFERENCES
Monday, November 20 and Tuesday, November 20

Parent-teacher conferences will be going on from 8 AM to 8 PM on Monday and 8 AM to 4 PM on Tuesday. There will be no school for students these days, as well as the rest of the week. 

FALL AFTER SCHOOL ACTIVITIES


Parents and guardians are encouraged to sign their students up for one or more of our amazing after school activities. There are activities for all interests, including mathematics, robotics, homework help, sports, music and so much more. Please note that parents are responsible for arranging transportation home from after school programs. To sign up, print and fill out the flyer above and return to the front desk. NSYMCA HALLOWEEN EVENT

The North Shore YMCA is hosting their 10th annual Spooktacular Halloween Party, open to those with special needs from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM and open to the public from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Enjoy raffles, a maze and sensory stations, bouncy inflatables and more.

You can submit your  Box  Tops any time that you want, but our first BIG deadline is  October 15, 2017.
