Thank you for all of those that attended our General Membership Meeting yesterday. We had Mark Lesswing present on the "Technology of Things". There are a lot of very interesting programs that the CRT Labs at NAR work on. 2018 Replaced Commission Approved Contracts & Forms
The Division of Real Estate and the Colorado Real Estate Commission, working in conjunction with the Forms Committee, have adopted and finalized the 2018 mandatory contracts and forms.   As a reminder, the 2018 contracts and forms are posted for educational purposes and are not for use before January 1, 2018.

2nd: Review the class schedule and get signed up for the classes you want to take. 
 
3rd: Once you complete 80% of total classes hours (46 hours) submit your Vail Pro Designation application.
 
Note: It is your responsibility to track your classes and submit the application to become a Vail Pro.
