A Message from Vail Board of Realtors®
Last week VBR Leadership and I attended the Colorado Association of Realtors Fall Conference. I sat in on a three-part legal series which was very insightful. One of my key takeaways I would like to share is Rule E-47, Competency . It is very important that you understand this rule so that you will not get in trouble. Please watch this video clip if you don't know what this rule is.

Make sure to check out the great photos from our General Membership Meeting below. At our meeting, our proposed VBR/VMLS Bylaw Amendments were approved with over 69 votes that we needed.

Next week is our Annual Installation Celebration. Please make sure to purchase your tickets ahead of time so we know you are coming. We are also raising money for RPAC, read about the giveaways you can get entered into at the bottom of this newsletter for making an investment.
