The Farmington Valley American Muslim Center and First Church Farmington are partnering to sponsor  Spirit One Conference: How Christians and Muslims Flourish Together in These Times, October 27-28, 2017  .

The specific goals of this conference are:
  • to help others to take first steps towards interfaith relationships in their communities
  • to address misconceptions about Islam and promote our shared values
  • to provide a spiritual compass for youth and exchange information on the evolving leadership roles for women in Islam and Christianity

The  Spirit One Conference  will feature speakers and panelists who are fully engaged in interfaith initiatives. A concluding panel will help attendees identify and develop initiatives for better interfaith understanding.

Detailed information on the conference, including keynote speakers, presentations, and workshops, and conversation lunches is contained in the brochure. Link to the brochure and online registration:   CLICK HERE FOR INFORMATION AND REGISTRATION
