H.A.N.D.S. Restaurant Night at Panera Oct 12

Fall is finally in the air and what goes with that better than some soup and bread from Panera? Make plans to visit Panera at the Coral Ridge Mall on Thursday, October 12 from 4-8 pm and a portion of the proceeds from your meal will go to Heritage! Watch your Friday folders NEXT WEEK for a flyer that you'll need to present that evening.

Morning Drop Off Procedures

To keep traffic flowing smoothly and our children safe, please keep in mind our morning drop off procedures.
  • Please pull ahead all the way to the fire hydrant or as far as possible along the fire lane before stopping to let your children out.
  • Keep the space between you and the car ahead of you at a minimum.
  • Do not get out of the vehicle to help your children. If you need to get out of the vehicle, please park in the parking lot.
  • Be patient when the line gets backed up during busy times and avoid pulling around other cars or stopping by the dumpster to let your children out.
Thanks for helping to keep everyone safe and happy!
Eagles Sports Update:
The 5th/6th volleyball team traveled to Marion to take on St. Joseph Catholic School on Thursday, September 21. With this being the Eagles first away game, the girls adjusted well to the different environment, including a low ceiling and hot conditions! The Eagles worked together to come away with a win in all three sets, 25-15, 25-15, and 24-14. Way to go Eagles!

The 5th/6th volleyball team played Isaac Newton on September 26. The Patriots came to play with hard serves. The Eagles persevered, trying to pass the ball up to the setter, but fell in two sets, 25-8 and 25-10. In the final set, the Eagles served well and won 25-18. Come cheer the Eagles on in our final two home games October 5th and 6th!

Eleven Heritage students participated in the Annual Trinity Invitational Cross Country Meet on Monday, September 25th. Despite hot temperatures, the athletes did very well and competed with positive attitudes. The 5th/6th Heritage boys had enough athletes to field a team, scoring 79 points for 2nd place! Top ten finishers for the Eagles included Idara Ituk and Anthony Medina running to a 5th and 10th place finish in the one-mile race. Cale Dawson kept a good pace throughout to finish in 5th place in the two-mile race. Way to go Eagles!
