The class is designed for runners, but you don't have to be a runner to join and get the benefits of this type of strength training. From Yoga to HIIT style Fitness - each class is unique and tailored to needs and demands of the class participants.

Prepare for Labour: Last weeks of Pregnancy

Practice self-care during your pregnancy and prepare for your labour and birth using nutrition, movement, and essential oils! Our aim is to empower you with different tools that you can use to enjoy the rest of your pregnancy and prepare for labour and postpartum. Join us for this 2 hour  workshop including both education and movement components. We will focus on nutrition during the last month of pregnancy and early labour; movement for body aches and pain and baby positioning; and safe essential oils for pregnancy and their many uses.

Aromatherapy and Essential oils  Techniques
During Yoga or Pilates Practice! 

Ideally using and applying EO's with a carrier oil (fractionated coconut oil) to the area of concern &/or the soles of your feet is the best and safest way for everyday use. 
When practicing Yoga or Pilates, you can try applying oil(s) to your neck & chest for the aromatic & topical/anointing benefits. Using a diffuser for purifying the space is a wonderful way to incorporate oils for your well-being.
