International Institute to Present Program this Friday, Sept. 29 on Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA)

ST. LOUIS (Sept. 28, 2017The International Institute of St. Louis, the St. Louis Region's Welcoming Center for New Americans, will host its September Bagels & Coffee breakfast program tomorrow morning, Sept. 29, beginning at 8 a.m., in the Institute's Hall of Nations, 3401 Arsenal St.
 
This timely event will feature three authorities on the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program. The three presenters are: 
  • Jim Hacking, immigration attorney
  • Amanda Tello, community organizer & program coordinator at MO Immigrant & Refugee Advocates and spouse of a former DACA recipient
  • Fr. John O'Brien, Archdiocese of St. Louis
This Bagels & Coffee breakfast is free and open to the public but registration is required by emailing [email protected].
