Prayer List
  • All of our friends and family in the hurricane zone for whom we were praying have been reported as safe.
  • Dolline (friend of Nancy Shelor) recovering from heart surgery.
  • Kim Fromm (niece of Karen Yahr) fiance passed away while sleeping.
  • Lisa and John Nazzaro (friend of Susan Hutchison) whose son, Matthew, passed away Thursday, September 7. 
  • Danny Burgess (friend of Rose Wendling) Danny's sister is on life support and the he and his family need prayers for comfort and peace during this difficult time.
  • Tim Wells (former student of Ed Booten) recovering from surgery to place a LVAD (Left Ventricle Assist Device). 
  • Steve Marcum hospitalized with injuries related to a fall.
  • Margaret Ann Simpson and her daughters:
    • Amy Simpson - recent breast cancer diagnosis and impending surgery.
    • Lori Nettles - recovering from surgery at Cleveland Clinic
  • Ryan Hippler (former student of Ed Booten) recovering from successful surgery to remove a cancerous tumor and lymph nodes. 
  • Larry Pruett (father of Jim Smallridge's co-worker, Jordan) suffering troubling pulmonary symptoms from an un-diagnosed condition and the related frustrations that accompany not having a treatment plan.
  • Juanita King (mother of Don King) now under home hospice care.
  • Lauren (daughter of Judy Knox's friend) is undergoing treatments for metasticized cancer. Her father could also use prayers for hope and restored faith.
  • Stu Schwalm suffering from pain associated with a secondary complication not related to surgery.
  • George Mitchell - undergoing treatments for a recurrence of cancer.

For our congregation - that we would pursue God's will for us as His people gathered here to bring Him glory as we make disciples being help, hope, home in the body of Christ.
