Ingredients
  • 1.5 oz Jameson whiskey
  • .75 oz sweet vermouth
  • 2 dashes aromatic bitters [We now carry Woodford Cherry Bitters]
  • 1 Maraschino cherry
  • Orange peel
Instructions 
  Glass: Rocks
Pour whiskey, sweet vermouth, and bitters into a mixing glass, which has been filled with ice. Stir and strain into a martini glass. Rub the orange peel around the rim of the glass and garnish with the cherry.

Late-Harvest Cocktail 


Ingredients
  • 3.75 cups sweet late-harvest white wine, such as Riesling
  • 2.25 cups fresh orange juice
  • 1 cup Campari
  • Ice, for serving
Instructions 
In a large pitcher, mix the white wine with the fresh orange juice and Campari. Refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours. Fill tall glasses with ice, pour the cocktail over the ice and serve.

Glass: Pint Glass
  • 2 ounces honey Whiskey (or 2 ounces whiskey, and ½ teaspoon honey)
     
  • 2 ounces ginger beer
     
  • Peychaud's Bitters 
  • 1 can or bottle of Oktoberfest beer
 
Instructions:
 Add whiskey, ginger beer, and bitters to the glass, stir gently. Add a handful of ice, then fill to the top with Oktoberfest beer. Give it another quick stir and enjoy.
