Our 70th Anniversary T-Shirt

70 years later and still going strong. Highway Inn opened as a small mom and pop store outside the old Waipahu Town Sugar Mill.

Three generations later, Highway Inn is in Waipahu, Kaka'ako and Kalihi (inside the Bishop Museum), locally owned and operated, serving `ono food to the people of `Oahu, and supporting our local farmers and food vendors.

To commemorate this milestone we introduced a limited edition 70th anniversary t-shirt. We commissioned the design by a local up and coming young graphic artist, Beethoven Sausal, from Waipahu.

Our New Chef

Chef Travis Lum joined us in June this year. He was previously sous Chef at Roy's Beach House at Turtle Bay Resort. Welcome Travis, and be sure to say hi next time you are in.

Hawaiian Music Live, like a Hawaiian Music Pandora/Spotify

Hawaiian Music Live is a new Free Internet Streaming service based here in Hawaii that streams to the world. We have partnered with them this month to support local Hawaiian Music. We hope that we'll cooperate with them during our Friday evening music nights. Check them out below.
