Falcon Family Picnic
Thank you to our Parent Guild Board for hosting a wonderful picnic event. It was so great to see so many families in attendance sharing food, making friends, and watching our students have fun.

Fabulous Falcons
Here are our Fabulous Falcons students for last week. The awards which were given out on September 14th. We recognize our Fabulous Falcons for their good choices and behavior.

Blessing of the Peace Circle
Last Wednesday after Mass, we celebrated the Blessing of the Peace Circle. This is a special spot on the playground where students go to discuss any conflicts that arise during playtime. Our Student Council members act as peer mediators and help support an environment of peace as students learn to talk out their differences. The whole school community made a pledge to be peacemakers everywhere we go!
Our fall sports team enjoyed a hike at Eaton Canyon over the weekend. We are so proud of our student athletes and their parents for their commitment to the sports program.
Thank you to our Athletic Director, Coach Miguel, for organizing this event.
Our candy sale is now under way! Please remember that each student is responsible for selling a minimum of three (3) boxes.
Our goal this year is $16,000. Stay tuned to find out what Mrs. Wade will do this year if we reach our goal!
Dominican Corner
The Dominican Sisters
As well as the friars, Dominican sisters, also known as the Order of Preachers, live their lives supported by four common values, often referred to as the Four Pillars of Dominican Life, they are: community life, common prayer, study and service, sometimes called apostolate or mission. St. Dominic called this fourfold pattern of life the "holy preaching."
As a Dominican school, we are blessed to pass on these four pillars to our students.
Have you signed up for your Octoberfest Service Hours? Sign up soon to assure the hours you want. Please remember that each family is asked to give four hours of service at the festival. Click this button to sign up today!
