Students from Rice University, Texas A&M College Station, Texas A&M Galveston and Tulane University have confirmed they will race in this year's Owlapalooza. University of Texas, University of Kansas, Baylor, University of North Carolina, University of New Orleans and Texas A&M Corpus raced last year, and most are likely to return to compete this year.
