Hey Lion's Breath and Be Hot Yoga crew,
We are heading into the final months of our summer (insert a loud wail of sorrow). Here are some things happening around the studios this summer/fall.
Our outdoor classes are still running on Tuesdays weather permitting. See poster above.
Our next House Flow class is going to be Friday September 15th at 8:30pm. See poster above. This House flow will be DJ'd by our friend Robindra, one of the organizers of bloom and will be a fun way for us to prepare for their amazing festival happening in October. Please sign up early this one usually sells out.
Also coming up for fall you can expect some changes to the schedule. All cancelled classes will be readded to the schedule. Expect some minor changes to classes and times. And expect some new faces around the studio too.
- We will be adding some rolling and SMR (Self Myofascial Release) classes to the schedule. This will be classes using foam rollers and balls to help release tension from muscles and our fascia.
- We will be adding some Moon Flow classes to both studios. This class is a nourishing flow practice aimed at replenishing some of the energy lost from your busy lives. you're still going to sweat but rarely leave the hands and knees. Expect lots of digestion/hip focus in this class. This class might be difficult for expectant mothers due to all the belly work we do.
- Some class times will change to add variation to your week. Nothing to huge.
