The Salt & Soil Marketplace is open for orders in Juneau!
Dear Juneau Members,

Thanks for your continued support. We are excited to be approaching fall of our first year of operation as an online farmers market! This order cycle we're excited to offer a few new items including Gustavus roasted coffee and wild harvested teas (read below to find out more!).
 The Order Cycle 
The order cycle is OPEN for the Juneau Salt & Soil Marketplace. Members who would like to pick-up in Juneau can visit  www.saltandsoilmarketplace.com to shop and make orders.

The order cycle will close on Tuesday at midnight, and orders can be picked up on Thursday between 4:30 and 6:30p at Hooked Seafood’s (2315 Industrial Blvd, Juneau, AK 99801). Read more about the weekly order cycle  HERE.  

The vendors of the Salt & Soil Marketplace continually update the products they have available, be sure to check back throughout the order cycle.

Alternative Pick-Up Options
Work with your Neighbors
If you are interested in working with your neighbors to pick up your orders, you can join the list by emailing Colin@sawcak.org . Every week your email will be shared with those who have ordered from Salt & Soil. We will leave it up to you to self-organize once you are connected each week.

Delivery
During checkout look at the left-hand side of the screen and click "Delivery Options." If you have already confirmed your order this week you can add delivery by clicking on your shopping cart and then "edit order."

Your order will be delivered between 5:00 - 6:30p on Thursdays. Be sure to leave a cooler out if you will not be home during that time.

Vendor of the Week: Sentinel Coffee
Sentinel Coffee is located in Gustavus. They offer a variety of coffee blends, roasted in Gustavus, and teas that use locally harvested herbs.

They are 100 % electric in their production and source power from locally produced hydropower to roast and run their delivery vehicle in Gustavus. Sentinel Coffee delivers their products to Juneau using the Alaska Marine Highway System, an integral part of Southeast life. The coffee they roast is 100% Organic Certified and around 75% Fair Trade Certified.

The Sentinel Coffee team "believes in ethical business practices that create a sustainable community and environment, both for the producer countries and our own."
