New artist to IAG! Annick Ibsen is a sculptor and painter originally from Paris, France, who now lives in Des Moines, Iowa. Her sculptures are hand built from slabs and assembled in a pattern to decompose space, depth, and colors to create a composition that often conveys cubist geometry. The tomato plant is an example of Sgriffito technique.
