David Crowther's Colour Graphic Services had a booth at PacPrint 2017 where he invited printers to bring along a provided test form that they had printed where David Crowther will measure it using the latest ISO 13655 compatible Techkon spectrophotometers. The data is then sent into PrintSpec software. Within seconds, the software will produce a full report on any colour management issues present and possible remedies.
Greg Stone of Roland DG takes us around the Roland DG booth. Greg shows off the latest CAMM1 GR Pro series cutters; VersaStudion BN20; VersaUV LEF Series;
Metaza MPX95 engraver; The Roland Mobile Imagination Centre and the SolJet EJ-640.
On the Sign Essentials stand at PacPrint 2017, CEO, Sean Strange demonstrates the motor driven Lamidesk, an application table that has proven very popular with Australian sign and print people.
Sign Essentials is also the exclusive agents for the Impact CNC range of lasers. On show at PacPrint 2017 was the Lightning model and again a demonstration was given.
The latest product in the growing range of product from this company is the Chilli Heat Press.
Brad Creighton introduces us to several new products that were on display at PacPrint 2017, including the JFX200 2531 an upscaled version of the popular JFX200 range with an increased bed size of 2.5 x 3.1 metre.
Then came the UJF-7151plus industrial LED UV printer. Also the UJF-6042 MkII and the CJV 150-75 cutter and the JV300-160. Brad was keen to state that Mimaki had done some price cutting on some of the units making them considerably cheaper without compromising on quality.

during May 2017 restricted to the part pertaining to HP's Latex ink products.
We then move onto HP's Craig Hardman (South Pacific Country Manager, Large Format Design, Graphic Solutions Business) presentation of the PageWide XL 8000 series printer which was shown to be producing A1 prints at an amazing speed.
Lastly Jeremy Brew, an HP Application Specialist in HP's Large Format Business, shows off the company's latest product launches, the Designjet 315 printer/cutter and the Latex 3200 printer.

Stephen Cumming from Jetmark introduce to the lastest models from Indian company. ColorJet. Models highlighted include the Verve 8 head model; Polo Turbo; AuraJet; Bubble-Free Mouse; Bubble-Free Pro and the JWei cutting table.
Wilenco presented their well known Roll Over application table at PacPrint 2017 and they brought over Svein Martinsen from the Roll Over factory to add value to their presentation.
With their attractive booth at the show, we were shown around by Ryan Warby, Bruce Williams, Terry Crawford and Peter Collings.
Machines we were shown included the SureColor S80600; SureColor S60600; SureColor F9200; SureColor F2000; SureColor P9070; SureColor T7200; Epson's new label printer L-6034 VW and the Workforce Enterprise series.
Scott Donkin, Product Manager at Mutoh Australia shows off the latest printers from Mutoh, including the ValueJet 1638X, the ValueJet 1626UH; ValueJet 1938TX.
Ken Hanulec, Vice President, Marketing for EFI introduced visitors to the
VUTEk LX3 Pro printer that was on show at PacPrint 2017 during May in Melbourne, Australia.
EFI had this machine on their own booth at the show but both Starleaton and Spicers had other EFI printers on their booths.
