Many entrepreneurs have great ideas. They take the critical first steps to make their dreams a reality. They have a product/service and an initial strategy; they may have some customers and sales. Then issues start to crop up; they hit a wall. What are the common concerns that many businesses face early in their development? How do I create a simple, effective business plan for addressing them? This workshop is designed for those who have started up, but need to think more about the next steps in building a sustainable, profitable business and an organization that can grow, while continuing to deliver on its commitments.
