IMPORTANT CALL TO ACTION
Please take 2 minutes and respond to this call for action.

Reauthorize the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP)  The National Association of REALTORS (NAR) needs your help to send messages to Members of Congress urging them to support a comprehensive reauthorization of the NFIP.

Reauthorization will make a number of critical improvements to the NFIP including increased funds for mitigation activities, caps on overall premium increases, improved claim and mapping processes, as well as removing hurdles for more private market participation in the flood insurance market.

Reauthorization of the NFIP will help over 5 million homeowners in 22,000 communities around the country, so it is critical Congress acts now.

If Congress fails to take action to reauthorize the NFIP, it will expire by September 30, 2017.

AFFILIATE SPOTLIGHT

Alpenglow Home Inspections

I am an Internachi Certified Colorado Home Inspector. I am also certified and/or experienced in several other areas of performing inspections to include Commercial and Residential Insurance inspections, Loss Control/Risk Management, Fraud, Site Surveys and FEMA disaster housing.

My professional background spans from being an owner of a HVACR and commercial appliance repair company, to Director of Maintenance & Grounds for large facilities such as restaurant chains, health care facilities and school campuses.
I enjoy inspecting and helping brokers, buyers, sellers and owners be as informed as possible when it comes to a home.
I am also now pleased to offer high definition aerial photography and video to provide a service of inspecting homes or properties that can be difficult to access. Local restrictions on drone operations may apply in certain areas.

Sometime, due to our mountainous geography, a picture from a home's street view may not be its most marketable point. I offer aerial pictures or videos that will provide great views of decks, pools, gardens, golf courses, secondary structures on the property, as well as the mountains and forests behind them that are often concealed in a ground level photo.

I have been a resident of the western slope for over 25 years and have recently moved to Eagle-Vail. I love both the people and way of life here. I am excited to now be an affiliate of the VBR and am looking forward to meeting and working with people in this great valley.
