Cotleur & Hearing |  AROUND PALM BEACH GARDENS
BrickTop's
Palm Beach Gardens, FL
August 2017

This past spring, Palm Beach Gardens welcomed the new BrickTop's restaurant to the City!

L ocated on the north side of PGA  Boulevard  directly west of the Intracoastal Waterway, Bricktop's offers brunch, lunch, and dinner with spectacular views of the water.  Cotleur & Hearing was retained to assist in the approval process for architectural changes, signage approvals, and landscape architecture.  Formally the old River House restaurant, Bricktop's transformed the space and 90 percent of new landscape for the project are native to Florida.

Bryana Boileau

This past summer, CH was excited to welcome back University of Florida landscape architecture student, Bryana Boileau.  Bryana worked in our Jupiter office and focused her talents on a variety of projects.  She also made a very special impact in our community by volunteering with Memory Trees, a United Nations Social Impact NGO.  This organization builds gardens for communities, schools, and correctional institutes across Palm Beach County. Through Memory Trees, Bryana volunteered at the Boys & Girls Club of Palm Beach County where she focused on connecting children to nature through landscape architecture. She assisted with teaching lessons, working with the children to water and weed the gardens, and the occasional tasting of the fresh vegetables, fruits, and herbs.

We are thrilled Bryana interned with the CH team for the second summer in a row and we wish her the best of luck at the University of Florida for her final year of school.
