If you call on Tuesday or Wednesday, just leave a message and we'll follow up on Thursday.

The office is closed during City observed holidays.

Please contact the Marina office if you notice that a dock needs repair or maintenance, a dock light is out, etc.

All dock gates should be kept closed to help ensure the security of the boats and belongings of all marina patrons.

If a dock gate is open, shut it.

If you see suspicious activity, please contact the office or the Rock Island Police Department if it's after hours.

Don't forget about our slip referral program.

If you're a current leaseholder and know someone interested in a slip, send them in!

Make sure they mention your name when they rent a slip so you can receive 10% of the slip lease amount up to $100.

Fishing off the docks is not allowed in the marina.

This is to prevent hooks from getting caught in neighboring boat canvas, getting stuck in the dock frame work where it could injure workers making repairs and to keep lost fishing line from getting wrapping around a prop.

Grilling is permitted only when using an approved electric grill that is properly attached to the boat.

As a safety measure, the fire code does not permit other types of grilling in the marina on land or on the docks.

New Fuel Dock Hours

The fuel dock hours are as follows beginning September 13^th:

Monday

8:30 to 12:00 and 12:30 to 3:00

Tuesday

Closed

Wednesday

3:00 to 6:30

Thursday and Friday

8:30 to 12:00 and 12:30 to 6:30

Saturday and Sunday

9:30 to 6:30

Insurance

Don't forget to provide the office with a copy of your insurance coverage when it renews.

The required liability coverage for 100 through 500 Docks is at least $500,000.

For 600 through 900 Dock, $300,000 is the minimum.

Final Installment

The final installment for the 2017 season is due on September 30^th.

Winter Storage

Call the office at 732-2282 for information if you are interested in winter storage.

All 2017 winter storage customers receive a 15¢ per gallon discount at the fuel dock during 2018.

Winter storage fees include the haul out and spring launch.

When stored on land, you'll be able to access and work on your boat any time.

Watch out for strings on stakes and flapping reflective tape!

We're working on some ideas to deter the geese from hanging out and leaving behind droppings.

After Hours Emergencies

If you have an emergency situation after the office and fuel dock have closed, you may call the regular office number 309-732-2282.

At the recorded message, select 2 and you will be transferred to the water plant.

They will contact the appropriate person for marina emergencies.

Please continue to contact the Rock Island Police Department for situations requiring law enforcement assistance.
